After a long day of work, one of Jeff's favorite things is to see this precious young lady run as fast as she can to greet him at the gate! Jeff plays the guitar in the evenings. Tailgate or porch, either way it's a peaceful way to say goodbye to another day on the ranch. Top rail is a 2014 Lionel O-gauge, bottom rail is a 1940's Lionel O-gauge that my grandfather had. Amazingly it still runs! One of my favorite BBQ stops in Dallas. The original Sonny Bryan's has delicious food and "old school" wooden desks. CK and I - her shadow will get larger as she grows older, wiser, and increases numbers of the kingdom. Mackenzie and Conner @ the livestock barn preparing for the event. Parker County Stock Show & Rodeo, 2014 She really got into it! Cam looked the part, answered the judges questions, and knew how to move around the show ring. She was very excited to win Grand Champion Showmanship at the ADGA June Doe Show. Painting a beehive for the Parker Stock Show & Rodeo. Cambrie got bit by an ant, "it's ok Daddy," she said. "I painted him green!" No game says childhood like "Candyland." Both my girls lived to play the game and I spent endless hours moving up and down candy lane, hopping on colored tiles. Cambrie and I played a round of Candyland this evening and she offered to let me draw first. Amazingly, the card was the second closest treat to the Candy Castle. Next Cambrie drew a card and it was the treat closest to the castle. One more round and she won. Obviously the cards were stacked while I was not looking. Next round she was pulling cards off the bottom of the deck. |
